Ingredients

INGREDIENTS * 2 avocados

* 1 jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)

* 1 Roma tomatoes

*1/2 white onion

* 1 lime (juiced)

* Cilantro

* 2 cloves of garlic

* 1/2 tsp cumin

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1/2 tsp

*1/4 tsp black pepper SHRIMP MARINADE

* White shrimps (deveined and deshelled)

* 1/2 tsp paprika powder

* 1/2 tsp salt

* 1/2 tsp onion powder

* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

* 1/2 tsp ginger powder

* 1/2 tsp black pepper

* 1 tsp oil (to marinate) + 1 tsp oil (to grill shrimp)

INSTRUCTIONS: - First, cut your Jalapeno pepper, cilantro, Roma tomatoes and white onion - Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth). Add the Ingredients: - Add the diced white onion, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, and minced garlic into the bowl with the mashed avocado. - Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture to add flavor and prevent browning. - Mix in the chopped cilantro, jalapenos, onion and salt and cumin powder - Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined. EXTRA STEP: - Cleaned deveined and deshelled white shrimps - add paprika, salt, black pepper, ginger powder, onion powder and oil - Allow to marinate or use immediately - grill in 1 tsp oil *Serve: Serve immediately with tortilla chips, shrimp, on tacos, or as a topping for your favorite dishes. *Tips: - For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. - If you're not serving the guacamole right away, press a piece of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning.
